Wow, we’re bowled over by your response to our matching Bonus Day for mentoring on GlobalGiving.org on May 13th – over $2,000 was raised to support at-risk nomadic schoolgirls with local women mentors at their sides….an ebullient THANK YOU to all who answered the call!
You can still support mentoring in a unique way – by empowering the women who volunteer with Savings & Loans Groups! RAIN has less than two months to reach our goal of $1,000 on our GlobalGiving.org project page. It’s easy to make an impact:
- $200 creates a seed fund for a group of 20 or more nomadic women to build their futures with.
- Just $40 can start a new small enterprise.
- Just $20 can purchase food and medicine for the family of a mentor.
