RAIN’s generous supporters helped meet – and exceed – our matching grant goal with One Day’s Wages.
The goal was $20,145 but we raised $23,578 – which was then doubled for a grand total of $46,404!!!
Thanks to your generosity, 5,762 Nigeriens will receive added support as their communities combat COVID-19 .
The funds will support the distribution of soap and emergency food aid and will provide additional health and hygiene training across 6 villages. They will also help drill a borehole well to ensure access to clean water for drinking and washing , establish an irrigated community garden to meet long-term food needs , and more.
